Alexandra Morgan built her career through higher education right here in Oakland County. Now, after more than a decade helping organizations develop people, prepare leaders, and build the workforce of the future, she wants to put that experience to work for Oakland Community College.

Alexandra understands what happens on both sides of the classroom-to-career equation. She understands how people learn and develop, and what employers need from their workforce. She can credibly advocate for stronger employer partnerships, internships, career pathways, workforce credentials and programs responsive to emerging skill requirements.
Responsible, Accountable Leadership
Alexandra has managed people, programs, organizational change, compliance, and significant corporate initiatives. Her experience includes regulatory remediation, governance, analytics and performance measurement, and fiscal responsibility - positioning her well to responsibly steward finances and trustee decisions.

Alexandra has a passion for making sure that education keeps pace with the jobs employers are creating. The workforce and the way it delivers rapidly changes (sometimes by the day), education should too.
